My Story
Before becoming a realtor, I owned and operated a Construction Company called Built With Pride Construction. Our niche market was legal suite development, so a lot of our clients were investors. Eventually, I started investing in real estate myself thru flipping homes, building our own home from scratch, and developing legal suites. I have always had a deep interest and passion for real estate and given my previous experience and knowledge in construction and investing, I feel it gives me a competitive advantage over some of my peers.
Perhaps, even more important, is my mindset. I will never put the need to make a sale or close a deal, over the needs of the clients I am representing. I want to build a long-term relationship based on trust, honesty and knowledge. This is why my mission statement is, “I have YOUR best interests in mind, at all times”.
While I was a house flipper and real estate investor, there were times that I felt as though agents were more interested in making a commission, instead of looking after my best interests. This is a big factor in what drove me to get my license and ensure that I would do things differently. I believe it’s an honor to have the opportunity in assisting my clients in one of the largest financial transactions that they will ever undertake.
I love hunting for deals, performing market research, and explaining the process to my clients.
